You’ll be responsible for completing evening cleaning routes to company standards, maintaining equipment and supplies, and communicating any issues that arise. You’ll work directly with the owner at first to learn the process and expectations. As the business grows, you may take on more hours or help train others — but the focus for now is on quality, dependability, and consistency. Responsible for the appearance of the building exteriors, entryways, walkways, doors, and railings 5. Responsible for the inspection and/or maintenance of all property lighting (street poles, lollipop lights, breezeway lights, exit sign, and emergency lights). Should be inspected on a weekly basis. Notify resident manager when an outside vendor is needed to replace street lighting or any lighting above 12'. 6. Complete any special property projects assigned by the resident manager D.
