Employment Type: Part-time (25–30 hours/week) Schedule: Monday–Friday, primarily 3:00–7:30 PM after-school, with occasional earlier hours for house prep. Evenings, weekends, or overnights as needed. All children attend school during the day and are engaged in a variety of after-school activities, including sports, arts, and clubs. Our home is lively, with plenty of movement, schedules to coordinate, and opportunities for learning and play. Mom is a certified conscious parenting coach who stays home with the children, while Dad works as an executive and travels frequently. We follow gentle parenting principles with Montessori influence, encouraging natural consequences, curiosity, and independence. We are seeking a nurturing, proactive Nanny & Family Assistant who can support our children’s well-being, bring playful and positive energy to the after-school hours, and help keep the household flow organized. This role is ideal for someone who values collaboration and partnership, as you would work closely alongside the mother of the household. Key points about our family and role: -Children are the primary focus, with after-school engagement, homework support, and activities coordination at the center of the role -Household is busy and dynamic, requiring someone flexible, reliable, and detail-oriented -We value playfulness, curiosity, and gentle guidance in our parenting approach -Occasional family travel may require additional support Who You Are You are a professional, energetic, and playful individual who genuinely enjoys spending time with children.
