Employment Type: Part-time (25–30 hours/week) Schedule: Monday–Friday, primarily 3:00–7:30 PM after-school, with occasional earlier hours for house prep. Evenings, weekends, or overnights as needed. Flexibility to travel with family occasionally is a plus. Compensation: $30–35/hour, based on experience. All children attend school during the day and are engaged in a variety of after-school activities, including sports, arts, and clubs. Our home is lively, with plenty of movement, schedules to coordinate, and opportunities for learning and play. Mom is a certified conscious parenting coach who stays home with the children, while Dad works as an executive and travels frequently. We follow gentle parenting principles with Montessori influence, encouraging natural consequences, curiosity, and independence. We are seeking a nurturing, proactive Nanny & Family Assistant who can support our children’s well-being, bring playful and positive energy to the after-school hours, and help keep the household flow organized. This role is ideal for someone who values collaboration and partnership, as you would work closely alongside the mother of the household.
