Supports the vision, mission, and guiding principles of the company A focus on keeping a clean, safe work environment Willingness to work 12-hour shifts preferred May be required to perform duties not specifically listed above, the listed duties are subject to be changed at any time, as deemed necessary to support the business. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have basic skills on use of computers: MS Office, Windows, SAP experience is a plus. Ability to effectively work in a team environment with good communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including OSHA, DOT, and internal company policies. Requirements 3+ years of warehouse experience,. Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with RF scanning technology is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Demonstrate ability to lead by example in a team-oriented, high-volume operation. Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain. OSHA training/certification is highly desirable.
