This is a key role in our operation – you’ll be responsible for managing all parts-related tasks to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on time. **Responsibilities: ** * Order, receive, and track parts for all ongoing repair jobs * Maintain accurate inventory records and re-stock as needed * Work closely with estimators, technicians, and vendors to ensure correct parts are ordered * Return unused or incorrect parts in a timely manner * Verify invoices and ensure timely payment/credit * Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient **Requirements: ** * Prior experience in parts management (preferably in an auto body or collision repair environment) * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced shop * Familiarity with parts ordering systems and inventory software * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required * Valid driver’s license Victor’s Auto Collision
