House Assistant (Hourly) — Cleaning, AirBnB Turnover & Household Support We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented House Assistant to help with regular household upkeep, AirBnB changeovers, and general property maintenance. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys creating a clean, welcoming environment and takes pride in their work. Responsibilities: Perform routine household cleaning (floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.) Manage AirBnB “flip” cleanings — resetting rooms, laundry, staging, light restocking Tidy and organize common areas as needed Assist occasionally with light yard work and gardening (weeding, watering, seasonal upkeep) Support occasional household projects or errands as assigned Positive mindset always a plus Requirements: Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work independently and follow clear instructions Comfortable with both indoor and outdoor tasks Prior cleaning or property care experience preferred, but not required Details: Location: Old Bennington, VT Hours: Part-time, flexible scheduling Compensation: Hourly pay, commensurate with experience

Monitor Community Options Program Entry System (COPES) authorizations and coordinate with Aging and Long-Term Care (ALTC) case managers.
