Seeking a skilled and reliable handyman to tackle a variety of home and garage projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in carpentry, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work, and must be easy to get along with, open to collaboration, and able to provide thoughtful input on how best to complete each job. If quality work is delivered, there will be more projects in the future. Projects: • Install garage vents and fans, and mount garage cabinets • Trace dead outlets and lights • Install a vented garage heater and remove two LP heaters • Cover up eaves with flashing • Repair broken tongue-and-groove cedar sauna ceiling • Replace toilet float kit and water filter housing • Build a small, custom desk • Fix “junk drawer” issue in kitchen • Install living room ceiling fan • Replace cracked large picture window Requirements: • Carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical, and windows • Reliable, efficient, with a friendly demeanor and sense of humor • Send a brief resume or description of past work
