Intown Horse Park in Decatur - Seeking experienced Ranch Handyman for a Decatur, ga Horse Park (up to 42 horses). Tuesday thru Saturday, 8 am to 4:30pm Primary Duties: Grooming Indoor/Outdoor Arenas Install and/or repair Fencing & Gates Erosion control of paths, horse crossings, etc. (install of surge rock, m10, etc.) Facility Maintenance, such as light electrical, light plumbing, deep cleaning of dust/cobwebs, and hornet control Stall and Stall Doors repairs, adjustments, and replacements Equipment Maintenance (lube, tires, monitor fuel, etc.) Facility Cleaning (blowers, pressure wash) Track and Complete daily repair requests Secondary/Backup Duties - All staff, regardless of position, assist with horse care duties when backup is needed. INSTRUCTOR PLUMBING TECHNICIAN PROGRAM This is a full time, year-round teaching appointment in the Plumbing Technician program. Working hours are Monday through Thursday, 6:45 AM – 4:45 PM.
