This role is essential to ensuring our FLOHOMs are always guest-ready, safe, and maintained to the highest standard. Responsibilities - Perform general maintenance and repairs across all FLOHOM properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. - Complete “Ready-to-Rent” tasks such as unboxing, assembly, furniture mounting, décor installation, and final touch-ups. - Assist with light construction and improvement projects, including installations, renovations, and upgrades (on land and on the water). - Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure all systems and amenities function properly. - Respond to guest service calls and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain a seamless guest experience. - Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe, clean, and organized condition. - Travel occasionally to assist with projects at other FLOHOM locations.
