The team member will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of brand new model homes, including bathrooms and Sales Offices. Team member may also be asked to perform various minor maintenance tasks (such as emptying trash and changing lightbulbs). Work is typically performed in the morning between 5am to 10am, however exceptions can be made based on availability. We will provide all equipment needed to perform your job and training is handled on site by our field managers. Responsibilities: Vacuum and polish hardwood, tile, and laminate floors Dust furniture and other surfaces. We are a warehouse based near JFK Airport needing a warehouse worker that has experience in performing piece counts and inspections of products on a daily basis. The type of products we do inspections on are mainly electronic parts where you need to read the serial number from the item and verify the quantity of units for each item. Then once the products are inspected, they will need to be packed accordingly for shipping either on a pallet or loose boxes.
