You will perform assembly line tasks, repetitious movements. Responsibilities: Work with a team to assemble entire products or components **must be trainable! senior line workers will train but you must be willing to learn. Rotate through tasks for specific production processes Conduct quality inspections on products and parts Prepare finished products for shipment Maintain a clean and orderly work area Qualifications: Ability to lift at least 15 lbs., not continuous Ability to handle physical workload Ability to work well in teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Hours: Early hours available, 6A - 2:30P (NON-NEGOTIABLE) Free 15 minute break at 9:30A 30 min lunch (11:30A - 12P) Benefits: Medical, dental, vision and Aflac Level 3 after 30 days continuous employment PTO accrual IMMEDIATELY (PTO is used for sick leave or Personal Time Off) 401K after 1 year Room for growth and raises ** Reliable transportation is recommended, there are no buses that come into Pearl City Industrial.
