Description

Important Note: You must have your own equipment, tools, and experience as a heavy equipment operator or grading experience in order to be considered for this position. We are not hiring non-skilled laborers, helpers, or workers without grading experience for this position at this time. If you meet these experience requirements, please continue. My name is Kerry Spry. I'm the Director of Onboarding and Talent Acquisitions at Blue World Pools, Inc. and we're looking for a new installer from your area that's ready and able to get started immediately installing above ground pools for our ready and waiting customers while earning an AVERAGE $20,000-$30,000 PER MONTH! About Us: Blue World Pools, Inc. is an industry-leading nationwide above ground pool company that's been selling and installing above ground pools in over 80 cities nationwide since 1982. One of the many reasons we're so successful and able to offer our new installers such a great opportunity is because we’re investing millions of dollars in advertising on major television networks like FOX, NBC, and ABC while running robust internet campaigns to further increase our booming business. This also helps us provide a steady and consistent stream of work for our installers without the hassle of bidding on jobs day after day that you won't get unless you do the work for pennies on the dollar. Those days are over! Our job is to provide you with all the work that you can handle. Your job is to get that work done. Plain and simple! We also get ahead of our installers by sending local representatives out to the customers home to survey every property prior before installation. This ensures your ability to install a pool on the property, saving you from wasting valuable time and resources on scheduling an installation with a customer on a property where it would be impossible for you to install a pool. We don't build decks. We don't do any landscaping. And we leave the overburden behind in a nice neat pile for the customer to manage after the installation is complete. This should be an absolute "no-brainer". About Installer Pay: • Installers install 20-30 pools per month and AVG. $1,400-$1,600 PER DAILY INSTALL or $20,000-$30,000 PER MONTH! (Average pay is based on a 24-foot round pool with a 6-8 hour installation time). • Installers are paid daily after every install. • Installers fuel costs are covered at $0.67 per mile. • $500 Signing Bonus • Quick start bonus is an additional $500 bonus check every time you install 5 pools for the first 25 pools. • Weekly bonus is an additional $1,000 per week for 5 or more installs in a week. Expectations and Requirements: 1. Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of valid auto insurance. (REQUIRED) 2. Must have access to a full-size truck to pull your machine and your tools. (REQUIRED) 3. Must have access to a Bobcat or front loader. (REQUIRED) 4. Must have access to a transit or a laser level. (REQUIRED) 5. Must have access to or be able to obtain a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy. No insurance? No worries. We can help you get the insurance you'll need by referring you to one of our partners in the insurance business. (REQUIRED) 6. Must have access to at least one helper. (REQUIRED) 7. We have pools ready to be installed right now, so you must be willing and able to start immediately. (REQUIRED) 8. Above-ground or In-ground pool experience is helpful but not required. If you do not have pool experience, you must have experience as a heavy equipment operator and significant grading experience. (REQUIRED) 9. Must be willing and able to cover a 200-mile installation radius and be able to install 20-30 pools per month in your designated market/200-mile radius. (REQUIRED) How To Apply and Get Started Immediately: If you meet all of these requirements and you're ready to get started right away, you can apply online today on our safe and secure website at https://www.bwpinstallers.com/installerapplication. After you complete the online application, the next step is to call me at my office for a one-on-one phone interview. Final Note: We sell 2,000 - 3,000 pools every summer, so we're all extremely busy at the moment. Please do not call my office until you’ve read the installers “frequently asked questions” page at https://www.bwpinstallers.com/faqs and have completed the installer application at https://www.bwpinstallers.com/installerapplication. I appreciate your patience and understanding. STEP 1: Read the installers "frequently asked questions” at https://www.bwpinstallers.com/faqs STEP 2: Submit your installer application online at https://www.bwpinstallers.com/installerapplication STEP 3: After you complete STEP 1 and STEP 2, call me at my office for an immediate phone interview.
