Electrical Work: May perform minor electrical repairs, such as replacing light fixtures outlets, and switches, ensuring that electrical systems are safe and functional. Carpentry: Often you may engage in carpentry work, which includes repairing or building furniture, installing shelves, and fixing doors and windows. Painting and Drywall: Painting and drywall repair, including patching holes, smoothing surfaces, and applying fresh coats of paint to enhance the appearance of spaces. Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of appliances and equipment, ensuring everything operates efficiently and safely. Outdoor Maintenance: Be responsible for maintaining outdoor areas, including landscaping, tree maintenance, cleaning gutters and ensuring that walkways and driveways are safe. Use of small equipment such as Tractor, Mower, Chainsaw, Skill Saw etc. Emergency Repairs: Respond to urgent repair requests, addressing issues that may pose safety hazards or disrupt normal operations.
