We need Tennis Players in Sacramento, CA and Nearby Cities for upcoming lessons. You may give lessons whenever you are free. This is mostly on weekdays and weekends and it's the PERFECT part-time job. You MUST be at least 18 years of age. You MUST have a personal cell phone. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled LEAD Solar Installer to join our fast growing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing solar energy systems on residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, construction practices, and safety protocols. The LEAD Solar Installer will complete residential roof and ground projects. Responsibilities- Ability to learn quickly and follow procedures on how each job will need to be completed from Operations Manager. Install solar panels and related equipment on rooftops and ground mounts according to project specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation processes. Work with electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage components, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on installed solar systems as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards. Adhere to all safety protocols on the construction site, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel. Experience- Previous experience installing residential or commercial solar and battery systems. Previous experience in construction or electrical work is preferred, especially in roles involving roofing or electrical tasks. Must be ENPHASE /TELSA/POINT GUARD certified to install micro inverter/battery systems. Familiarity with using voltmeters and other electrical testing equipment is advantageous. Experience as a residential electrician or in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position. Ability to do main panel upgrades with assistance. Candidates bringing their own tools/vehicle is highly preferred. Customer Service oriented to communicate with customers (home owners/business owners) Willingness to commute within a 2-3 hour radius with fuel reimbursement.
