We are a document management company that has been in business for over 31 years - and we are seeking a Production Lead to join our team. This position will oversee client projects and the activities of a team of production workers. Responsibilities: • Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams • Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel • Place production orders from customers • Be able to troubleshoot basic computer, software, and equipment (scanner) issues • Ability to work with and review large and small databases to verify image quality and proper naming/indexing • Monitor and prioritize projects based on feedback/direction from sales • Coordinate and direct company driver’s daily/weekly pick-ups from clients Qualifications: • Previous experience in production, data/document management, or other related fields • A "can do" positive mindset and the ability to figure things out is a must • A strong orientation toward excellent customer service • Knowledge of the data capture/scanning industry would be strongly preferred, but not required • Strong leadership qualities • Ability to follow an established process for consistency and accuracy - while also having the ability and desire to recognize and improve processes where possible (and document those changes) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multi-task, and the flexibility to work in an ever-changing environment Additional Information: • Shift Options: 7am-3pm, 8am to 4pm, or 9am to 5pm • Pay will be hourly (nonexempt) • Flexible/casual work environment/culture • Paid holidays, PTO, group medical, and 401k retirement available

The role combines physical material handling with computer system usage. Candidates should expect to spend approximately 80% of their time on their feet performing warehouse duties and 20% performing computer-based tasks. A day in the life: The team is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to join the team. You will be responsible for processing materials in order to support our customer, the satellite production team. You will also interact with peer teams such as planning, quality, and EHS to ensure our processes result in positive outcomes for these teams.
