specimens  \r\n Process and package collections for shipping \r\n Serve as an intermediary between the practice / clinic and the laboratory  \r\n Record patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory information \r\n Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in ordering portal \r\n Order and maintain collection supplies inventory onsite  \r\n Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens (when applicable) \r\n Driving from/to multiple facilities may be required \r\n Requirements\r\nIdeal Candidate:  \r\n 6+ months of experience as a specimen collector or 1+ years of experience in the medical field, directly supporting patients preferred \r\n 2+ years of customer service experience can be considered in place of medical experience \r\n
