ShareHair Salon Receptionist - Full or Part Time Position $17-20 depending on experience Hair Salon in Upper East Side looking for an experienced salon front desk coordinator. We are an upscale salon who is proud to offer each client a pleasant experience with stellar customer service. This candidate MUST be highly motivated, be able to multi-task with ease, and possess excellent customer service skills, with attention to detail. Having good computer skills, being able to handle a team while showing good team player qualities is necessary. Having passion for the beauty industry as well as being a people person will help you succeed. Legally allowed to work in the US a must. Main Responsibilities • Responsible for creating and maintaining a superior Guest experience. • Oversee the management of appointment calendar, optimizing schedule and maximizing bookings for stylists ‘efficiency. • Enjoy discussing and selling hair products. • Participation in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment. • Responsible for opening and/or closing of the Salon. Compensation/Perks • Commission on retail sales • Complimentary beauty services (Color, cuts, blowouts) • Ongoing training on product knowledge.
