Licensed Esthetician – Luxury Spa Experience (Orchards, WA)

We are currently looking for a seasoned esthetician (2+ years work experience) to join our team part-time, with the potential to quickly grow into full-time. We work with PCA skincare and now launching Sorella Apothecary. Bonus if you have knowledge of either line. What We’re Looking For Licensed Esthetician in Washington State Strong background in facial massage, facials, and skin knowledge This is not a lash position Proven track record in product and service sales and client retention Outgoing, positive personality with a luxury service mindset Willingness to learn Neveskin services (training provided) Ability to perform waxing services confidently Willing to perform a working interview to showcase facial skills and knowledge Compensation & Benefits Hourly or commission – whichever is higher ($20+ to start, DOE) Retail commission: 10% flat rate plus bonuses and wholesale prices for personal product purchase and use Service commission: Top tier compared to other salons/spas (especially for facials and Neveskin) 401k + medical options Bonuses available Mandatory Saturday position.
