No more, no less Complete client notes in Glowbar Admin during every treatment Ensure each client receives an extraordinary skincare treatment for their individual needs and goals, including but not limited to extractions, dermaplaning, LED light therapy, high frequency, ect. Walk client through the why and benefits of each step of treatment Educate clients about products and provide at-home routine suggestions using “Seal the Deal" Achieve (or exceeds!) monthly product sales targets by thoughtfully educating clients about products and personalized at-home routine suggestions Care for our team: Provide feedback to management on progress and challenges and suggestions Collaborate with fellow estheticians on best practices, client needs, and opportunities to improve the client experience Complete treatment room checklist after every shift to set up next Esthetician for success Log inventory replenishment accurately and consistently Enhance and uphold standards, policies & procedures through various means of communication Participate in events onsite/offsite REQUIREMENTS: Valid (temporary or permanent) state Esthetics License 1+ years experience as a licensed esthetician at a busy spa/salon with a proven track record of excellence in esthetics Maintains an average of at least $1,000 product sales per month Must love hospitality and interacting with customers Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - must have weekend, holiday, and some early morning/midday/late evening weekday availability Full-time requires 5 days of open availability, including both weekend days Part-time requires 3 days of open availability, including one weekend day Weekend only requires open availability Saturday and Sunday every week Strong understanding of salon standards, policies and procedures Must be a forward-thinking problem solver with a strong work ethic who has compassion for employees and clients Passion for beauty, skincare, learning and trying new things everyday Established clientele a plus! Responsibilities Lead single-pitch rock climbing trips for clients of varying skill levels, from beginners to intermediate climbers. Provide instruction on climbing techniques, safety protocols, and equipment use. Ensure client safety by assessing conditions, managing risks, and maintaining proper climbing and belaying standards. Set up and inspect climbing anchors, ropes, and other equipment. Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all clients. Share knowledge about the local area, including climbing routes, geology, and environmental stewardship. Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, following established safety protocols. Maintain equipment and report any damage or wear to management. Qualifications AMGA Single Pitch Instructor (SPI) certification or equivalent (preferred).
