We wanted someone who is friendly, professional, and can keep up with multiple phone lines and walk-in customers. The Customer Service Representative must have a friendly positive attitude. Able to handle high volume of calls including multi-tasking between other duties. The ideal candite must have excellent customer service skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products and CCC One training or other body shop training is a plus.
