Key Responsibilities: New Customers: Help customers choose the right bike, battery, accessories, and services. Assist with signing up for subscriptions, processing payments, and setting up accounts. Coordinate repairs with mechanics and perform minor bike adjustments when needed. Handle invoicing, service follow-ups, and work with customer accounts. Inspect bikes and manage fines when necessary. Operations & Store Support: Prepare reports about sales, inventory, and store operations. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock as needed. Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming. Assist with opening and closing the store. Support your team and supervisor with other tasks as needed.
