Program description MassMedia is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Intern to join our team. This internship offers exposure to the inner workings of a full-service agency and provides hands-on experience supporting account management, strategic research, client presentations, and creative project coordination. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and formatting of client-facing presentations, proposals, and reports Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to support campaign development and strategy Help prepare materials for client meetings, including presentations and agendas Collaborate with internal teams to track progress on creative projects and ensure deliverables align with client objectives Support creative briefing processes and help facilitate the flow of information between departments Assist with proofing and reviewing creative content to ensure quality and brand alignment Maintain project documentation, including timelines, meeting notes, status trackers, and feedback logs Participate in team brainstorms and contribute ideas for client initiatives Requirements Internship Requirements Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Excellent research and communication skills Strong proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines A collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, creative, and team-oriented environ Benefits Hands-on experience working with clients Training in account management, marketing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration Portfolio-worthy work, including research summaries, client presentations, and creative campaign support Exposure to creative production workflows, internal processes, and client communication best practices Mentorship from experienced account team members and strategists A solid foundation for launching a career in marketing, advertising, or brand strategy

The purpose of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to meet or exceed the customer’s expectations by assessing our customer’s needs, assigning priorities, and triaging the information to the appropriate resources.
