Part Time Store Clerk $20/hour

Old timey hardware store in rural farming community seeking DIY-er type individual, ideally with prior hardware or construction experience, to serve our local customer base. Located about 1 hr from Wenatchee and 25 min from Chelan. Looking for someone energetic about bringing forth creative ideas and experience to help increase sales, customer satisfaction, and store success. Must be helpful by nature and into problem solving. Responsibilities include all aspects of retail including but not limited to stocking shelves, inventory management, customer service, reconciling nuts and bolts, cashiering, merchandizing, promotion, and some heavy-lifting at times. We are also in the midst of a store remodel, so applicable skills and willingness to help during that phase are a plus. This will be a highly collaborative position working directly with the owners, but requires the ability to work independently as well. The Supply Chain Buyer is responsible for leading the day-to-day procurement activities for the Project Services Division. This role involves coordinating with multiple departments to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, services, and subcontractors. The Supply Chain Buyer will focus on proposal planning, project execution, and continuous improvement while developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships. Technical Acumen Identify and qualify potential suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Understand and evaluate commercial specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements. Work with the Quality Team to audit and qualify suppliers for project involvement. Project Execution Solicit bids, evaluate quotations, select suppliers, and execute contracts in line with project needs.
