About the Position: Mollie Stone’s Markets is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Mollie Bus Driver to support our San Francisco store locations. This is a high-visibility role that involves safely transporting customers to and from stores, assisting with groceries, and providing an outstanding service experience. Load and unload customer groceries into and out of the van. Provide warm, friendly, and professional customer service. Adapt quickly to scheduling changes and adjust routes as needed. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and overall readiness. Report vehicle issues, incidents, or maintenance needs to management promptly. Ensure compliance with all safety and driving regulations. Minimum Qualifications: Valid California Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record. Strong familiarity with and ability to navigate San Francisco streets. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to follow directions and adhere to delivery schedules. Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. regularly. Must be punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and conduct. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a customer-facing driving or delivery role. Knowledge of Mollie Stone’s Markets locations and surrounding neighborhoods. Bilingual or multilingual is a plus. Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibilities. Competencies: Strong time management and reliability. Customer-first mindset with a helpful attitude.
