Small Construction Company (VASHON ISLAND) LIMITED TO NO TELECOMMUTING - Will pay for ferry if living off island This is NOT a remote position, as you will help as needed in the VASHON ISLAND shop office with team members and clients. Job Overview: As a Social Media / Office Assistant, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer satisfaction. You will work to perform SEOs, create compelling content, manage social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of various social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy: • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. Social Media Campaigns: • Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive brand awareness and engagement. Content Creation: • Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos. Community Management: • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Analytics and Reporting: • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns. • Use analytics tools to measure the success of social media campaigns and activities. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and offer recommendations for improvement. Build Monthly campaign reports, assisting the Owner and Bookkeeper. • Share insights and recommendations with the team to adapt strategies accordingly. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of social media efforts. Other Tasks: • Support the bookkeeper during receipt management for invoicing • Customer Satisfaction Survey: Implement, dispatch and manage responses • Construction Progress Pictures: Take and Manage building site and progress pictures • Safety meetings - Set up, food prep, and assist • Shop/Office Cleaning • Tools Rental Management Qualifications: • Proven experience in social media management and content creation. • Strong knowledge of popular social media platforms (SEO, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas. • Analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights. • Ability to work in a part-time environment and adapt to changing priority
