$850 Full Hookup RV Space ~ 50 Amp Service (Longview)

We have a full hookup RV space for rent with 50 amp service, available now. The space is on private property and not in a park. Rent is $850 per month, and utilities are $150 per month (electricity, water, sewer, and garbage), for a total of $1,000 per month. The space is 22' x 60' plus a 15' x 60' yard around the space, so plenty of room for your full size RV with slide outs and to park two vehicles. The space is new so the yard is still a little patchy. This is at the end of a quiet dead end road with great views and there's plenty of privacy! Close to town but secluded. There is a nice laundromat about two blocks down on Ocean Beach Highway. Pets are allowed as long as you clean up after them and they aren't aggressive. There is no deposit or fees for having pets. Application fee is $50 per adult and we require a refundable deposit of $500 in addition to first and last month's rent, and a minimum 6 month lease.
