Our beachfront condo is huge and offers a full kitchen with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and at 1743 sf. it has plenty of room inside and outside spacious balcony with ocean views. Being on the water front is the only way to enjoy the beach, pools, fitness center, sauna, steam room and relaxation. About a mile away into the town for shopping, restaurants, stores, activities and much more. Amazing Oceanfront Condominium in Rosarito Beach where its just North of Rosarito, and is more private and less busy. It is located in a secluded and clean area, and its about 15 minutes South of the Border and close to the new state of the art Baja Metropolitan Rosarito Convention Center. Just pass the first Toll Road (Mexico 1D) about $2.00 you can pay in cash or peso and after that its about 5 minute drive and across the street for the new convention center and you will see the 20-story beige high rise Mar Y Sol Tower on your right hand side, which is the beach side and has easy freeway in and out access. After you pass Km 24 on the Toll Road, Exit on your right and drive along the side until you see the entrance. You will also see a small bridge which is Rancho Del Mar and the exit is 50 feet after the bridge. If you have driven to the second Toll Booth or in Downtown Rosarito than you already pass it. Our Amazing Oceanfront Condominium has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, 1743 Square Feet with Granite Upgrades and Travertine with Large Oceanview Balcony. Netflix, Pluto TV, Books in all rooms with beautiful ocean views and sunsets from the living room, balcony and master bedroom. Full kitchen appliance with laundry front load washer and dryer in the unit and free high-speed wireless internet. Master bedroom has a queen bed with a Closet and 40 inch Direct TV Free Netflix, Pluto TV and private sliding doors to the Balcony for Ocean View Master bathroom is a full bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and tub. Second bedroom has a queen bed and closet with 32 inch TV with Netflix and Pluto TV Second bathroom located in the hallway and is a full bathroom with toilet, sink, shower Third bedroom has 2 queen beds and closet with 32 inch TV with Netflix and Pluto TV Living has two sofas with coffee table and side table with ocean views and 50 inch TV with Netflix and Pluto TV Dining Area has sitting area table with 4 chairs. Kitchen has an Island with two bar stools and full kitchen refrigerator, stove, sink. Balcony has TV with Netflix and Pluto TV and patio furniture. I reserve up to three months in advance unless you book for the complete month. This high rise condo is gated and has 24 hour security, day and night with plenty of parking spaces. Easy to find off the toll road and entering and exiting within minutes from the condo to your Rosarito restaurants, movies, activities, and shopping. Also close to Home Depot, Walmart, Cinemas, and Outdoor Shopping Mall within minutes driving. 3 Pools, 8 Jacuzzi, Fully Equipped Gym, Steam Room, Sauna Room, Above Ground Parking with 24 Hour Security, Kitchen with Refrigerator/Stove/Microwave/Washer/Dryer Machine. Note: This is not a full service hotel, it is a condo complex where you come in and out on your own, you check in with security and the front desk, 24 hour security service around the building. I keep it updated with pots/pans, towels, pillows/blankets/, dining table has four chairs and two extra chairs for the island in the kitchen. If you are coming and would like to cook a big dinner, or would like extra towels, then I ask to bring anything extra like that with you on your trip. It is in Rosarito Beach, Mexico if the WiFi internet goes down from time to time, I don't have anyone to check it out, so just put that in consideration. The condo has been recently upgraded and it is a quiet building and since its very little people in the complex. Its a place where you can just relax and play and take long walks on the beach. Its Not a party place, if you looking to party then I would recommend Downtown Rosarito. The condo is located a few minutes driving before you get into Rosarito off the Toll Road and its on the beach. Its five minutes driving into Downtown Rosarito and the strip of Rosarito. So you do have to drive their. This is more of a secluded condo complex where you can enjoy the beach and pool without the busy crowd, and then drive five minutes to all the restaurants, crowds, shopping, activities.
