I am helping my mother to find a long term tenant for one of the houses on her property. This is what I would call a mini pad. The living and bedroom area is one big room. There is a full sized bathroom wshower, smaller kitchen, attic/storage space. This little house has its own private deck with beautiful views. The property also offers several amenities, including a basketball/tennis court, Olympic sized swimming pool/jacuzzi/workout room/yoga studio and lastly a meditation sound dome. The ideal tenant would be a single individual that is comfortable sharing a property, has a friendly disposition and will treat the property and other tenants with kindness and respect. Will also need to pass a background and credit check. Asking $2000 per month, utilities included. Smaller animals will be considered and will require a pet deposit.
