The house is located on 1/3 acre in the redwoods, backed up against access to open space trails to Phoenix lake and more. Two streams are on the property, a walking bridge leads to the rental unit and up one flight of stairs. Large windows in the foyer and kitchen let in natural light and look over the stream, while the trees keep it private. Bedroom has a built-in platform for a queen bed, no bed frame needed. Plenty of storage. Shower and bathtub. Front entryway with a covered deck overlooking the stream. I’m planning to adopt some cats soon, so would not recommend people with cat allergies. Especially interested in any renter who would be willing to cat-sit occasionally (compensated of course). Please get in touch for viewings and find your new home in the redwoods!
