Hi, I have a spacious and self contained 40 foot long RV home in my backyard for rent for 1 person. It has a private bathroom, kitchen, eating/living areas and bedroom. Rent is $1300/mo plus $200 utilities, total $1500. My home is in a quiet tree lined residential neighborhood with parks, groceries and restaurants nearby.
