Job Title: Experienced Carpet Cleaner We are currently seeking an Experienced Carpet Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and should be familiar with using different types of carpet cleaning machinery and equipment. Responsibilities: Perform professional, deep cleaning services on carpets, area rugs, and upholstery in customer homes and offices. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. Attend training programs to maintain up-to-date knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and industry standards. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in carpet cleaning, preferably 2-3 years. Knowledge of carpet types and appropriate cleaning methods. Proficiency in operating carpet cleaning equipment. Ability to carry and lift heavy equipment. Basic knowledge of repairs and maintenance of cleaning machines is a plus. Excellent customer service skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
