We are looking for a Practice Manager who will take pride in running an efficient, compassionate, and service-driven office. As the right hand to the doctor/owner, the Practice Manager plays a central role in daily operations, team leadership, and the overall success of the practice. wedentalnw.com Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of the practice, ensuring smooth and professional functioning from open to close, leading daily morning huddle. Supervise and support both front and back office staff; lead by example to promote accountability, positivity, and teamwork Evaluate office production and workflows to improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and profitability through Dental Intel Handle administrative duties including bookkeeping, payroll preparation, invoicing, and cash control Create and manage office budgets on supplies; oversee procurement of supplies and ensure cost-effective ordering Manage employee relations, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and, when necessary, terminations in collaboration with the owner Ensure dental insurance claims are processed accurately, by monitoring AR and outstanding claims, handle PPO plans, and confidently present treatment plans to patients Maintain up-to-date knowledge of practice management software (Eaglesoft and Dental Intel) to ensure accurate reporting and data organization Ensure the office remains compliant with WISHA, HIPAA, and all state/federal regulations Foster a welcoming, respectful environment for patients and team members alike Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience in a dental or healthcare setting Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities Familiarity with dental insurance processing and treatment plan presentation Ability to work independently and directly with the owner in a private practice environment Company Description WeDental is a warm, compassionate dental practice led by Dr. Frederick Worrell, dedicated to delivering top-quality, modern dentistry in a comfortable and patient‑focused environment.
