Construction Project Manager We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in coordinating multiple moving parts to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects. - Organize and manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors. - Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, vendors, and team members. - Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion. - Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and building codes. - Identify and resolve issues quickly to minimize delays or cost overruns. - Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Job Description- Regional Operations Manager-POSITION OVERVIEW A ROM is a proven leader in construction/project management with the ability to coach, train and develop those they oversee to improve company brand and profitability. This individual will be the escalated point of contact for our company in the assigned region. This includes but is not limited to, PSG leadership, support staff, installation crews, customers, and business partners in the assigned locations. Position requires meeting of company goals and objectives through a high level of oversight and involvement. Strong communication is a must for all issues arising each day within the region. Exceptional brand management within Lowe’s and customer satisfaction are our primary company objectives. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring company policies, procedures, objectives, and strategic initiatives are followed and will implement any required changes quickly and efficiently. Position Responsibilities Perform all necessary duties to ensure the assigned region runs smoothly.
