I am an age 27 adult male who is blessed with autism. I am looking for a caretaker/PCA to work 15-20 hours per week. This position requires taking responsibility for my day-to-day life including: meal preparation, assistance with dressing and personal hygiene/care, assistance with recreation and fitness, shopping, appointment setting and transport to/from activities. Additional hours are available along with an option for a "live-in" position after the completion of 30 days of successful service. Basic English is required, fluency in sign language is a plus but not required. Major Engine Repair: · Expertise in disassembling and reassembling engines, replacing, or overhauling internal components such as pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, and bearings, and conducting cylinder head work. · Proficiency in using specialized tools, measuring tolerances, and ensuring precise alignment and timing during major engine repairs, aiming to restore engine performance and reliability. Supervision and Training: · Overseeing and providing leadership to the other service technicians. · Training new or junior technicians on proper procedures. Workflow Management: · Coordinating and managing the workflow in the service area. · Assigning tasks to other technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of work.
