Split 176 hours with main provider. Approximately 72 hours a month. Tue, Thur, Fri half day until 5:30 p.m. (start time varies but same each month) or potential 8-hour shifts Thursday and Friday 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (occasional Tuesday or alteration). Potential for increased hours after December. Duties include: Assistance with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Medication reminders and management.
