We have competitive pay, free meals, tips and waterfront onsite housing for the right candidate. We feature fresh seafood, steaks, burgers, sandwiches, pasta and salads. Position Overview The Head Chef will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, quality control, staff supervision, and kitchen management. This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire the small team, maintain high culinary standards, and run an efficient and collaborative kitchen. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the kitchen staff. • Ensure all dishes are prepared with consistency, quality, and presentation standards. Creating daily specials. • Manage food inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to achieve profitability goals. • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations. • Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen culture.
