The Madrona Bar and Grill is located directly on the water in downtown Eastsound on Orcas Island. We are currently hiring for a year round, full time chef/kitchen manager. Position Overview The Head Chef will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, quality control, staff supervision, and kitchen management. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the kitchen staff. • Ensure all dishes are prepared with consistency, quality, and presentation standards.
