The Madrona Bar and Grill is located directly on the water in downtown Eastsound on Orcas Island. We are currently hiring for a year round, full time chef/kitchen manager. We have competitive pay, free meals, tips and waterfront onsite housing for the right candidate. We feature fresh seafood, steaks, burgers, sandwiches, pasta and salads. Position Overview The Head Chef will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, quality control, staff supervision, and kitchen management.
