We are seeking a sommelier/server, someone who doesn’t just talk wine, but makes people feel warm and welcome, runs food, busses tables and works hard. Ungrafted is a great place to learn the steps of service and also learn to work quickly. It’s a fun environment, with great guests who travel a lot and already know a great deal about food and wine. Our guests do expect a high level of service, despite a more casual environment. This is a job for people who like multi-tasking. We are on the hunt for a very specific type of person---fun, friendly, weird, a multitasker, a wine/beer/sake/sherry lover, and a strong conversationalist.
