The Madrona Bar and Grill is located directly on the water in downtown Eastsound on Orcas Island. We are currently hiring for a year round, full time chef/kitchen manager. Position Overview The Head Chef will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, quality control, staff supervision, and kitchen management. Position is close to full-time but you must be able to work flexible hours day and night any day of the week. Some days arrive as early as 6:00 am and some nights work as late 9:00 pm.
