Our establishment is a quick-serve, hot table experience, similar to a cafeteria or buffet-style dining. The food is pre-prepared and available behind a glass display, allowing customers to choose their desired portions Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper handwashing techniques Clean up station Stock inventory appropriately Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Washing, drying, and putting away dishes, utensils, and cookware Monitor stock levels , restock as needed and ensure all dates are up to date Cleaning and sterilizing kitchen equipment, such as stoves and refrigerators Adhere to company policies and procedures Must have a Food handlers Card
