Our company needs four healthy, natural body type models for a clothing photo shoot. The clothing is athletic underwear (male and female) and the photoshoot is outdoors. The colors are "nature themed" ( greens, blues, gold, browns) and the client is seeking photographs that reflect the natural world. We need two male and two female models for a diverse photo shoot. Ideal age 18-35. Shoot will be scheduled in late Sept - end of October. No experience necessary, just a great attitude! We are based in Pendleton but can send a photographer to the surrounding areas like Tri-Cities, Walla Walla, La Grande, Hermiston. The photo shoots are one hour and pay $50.00. Models may request a sample of the images for their portfolio. We have more clients requesting marketing images and could possibly offer additional opportunities for the right people. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee interior design projects from initial client brief through installation • Draft working drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, perspectives, and interior detailing where needed • Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and designers • Develop project budgets, pricing, timelines and FF&E schedules • Manage procurement, deliveries, and installation logistics • Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget • Problem-solve on-site issues and provide real-time solutions • Maintain accurate project documentation and records Qualifications: • Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design project management • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Drawing experience in CAD, Revit or Sketch Up • Proficient in project management software (Design Manager is a plus) and Google Suite • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Mayo Studios is looking for an experienced 3D Artist to work with our New York City-based Imagemaking team on a freelance basis. Preferably work can be done on-site; but we also work with off-site personnel. Mayo is the premier creative production studio specializing in Imagemaking for home and lifestyle brands. With over 60 years of experience in photography production, Mayo serves a client base in the home and interiors industries including manufacturers, designers and retailers. Our growing 3D Visualization team seeks a multi-talented 3D Artist. You will collaborate with our studio team in order to create and refine 3D scenes featuring home and commercial interiors. Typical tasks will include: - Creating product models of furniture, props and home accessories - Modeling interior architecture - Modeling soft textiles (bedding, blankets, pillows, etc) - Creating detailed product models (typically refining existing STP files) in order to depict client products in as photo-real a style as possible - Lighting with a sensitivity to photo-realism - Creating animations to feature virtual spaces and products Experience should include: - Creating production-quality assets - Solid understanding of PBR material workflow - Understanding of high-to-low asset workflow - Understanding of good topology and edge-flow - Experience using GPU path-traced rendering engines like Cycles, Octane, Redshift - Training in interior design and/or photography a plus Software Experience in Blender is our preference.
