Position Summary As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Liberty Behavioral & Community Services, Inc., you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your work will empower participants to achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life. This position involves working directly with clients to implement care plans, facilitate community inclusion, and enhance daily living skills. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with their daily living activities, emphasizing independence and self-sufficiency.
