Who You Are: Our ideal candidate will have cafe / restaurant management experience and a bachelor's or master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, nursing, social work, behavioral medicine, speech & language, rehabilitation, marriage and family therapy, or a comparable human services field. Ideally our candidate would have experience working with disabled individuals and a passion for mentoring young adults in a supportive environment. What You'll Do: This role combines hands-on cafe management with vocational training. The Cafe Manager will oversee daily operation of the cafe, ensuring high-quality service, and working closely with the Head of Vocational Programs to teach our students essential skills for working in a cafe setting. This role can be full time which will include 85% company-paid health insurance.
