Compensation varies and depends on your teaching project, ranging from $400 to $1,200 weekly. Daytime teaching availability is required. Must have open weekend availability and be able to work flexible hours including evenings. You must have open availability throughout the summer, and extended hours will be required during the summer months and holidays. You must also be able to work “graveyard shift” for an approximately three week period (June 1st to June 22nd). Job Type: part time

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: While actual roles and responsibilities will vary depending on individual circumstances, the IT Support Technician will generally be required to perform some or all of the following tasks. Note that this list is not all-inclusive and that the IT Manager or Director of Operations may also assign other tasks he/she deems appropriate. Provide support for technology related issues in a timely manner including, but not limited to: Provide daily help desk support  Provide set-up, configuration, repair and support for hardware, software, basic networking services, peripheral devices, AV, presentation and broadcast equipment and other school technologies. Track technology needs (ticketing system) to manage and prioritize technology support and services Document and update all problems and requests for support; escalate support as needed Isolate connectivity issues and seek support as needed to fix these issues Maintain accurate technology inventory Be fluent with hardware and software applications used throughout the school Provide training and technical assistance to faculty/staff on various hardware and software used throughout the building Drive the delivery of high quality, well-received, effective and efficient service Provide technical support in preparation for and during all on line testing Effectively communicate all technology related issues to IT Manager and Admin team Assist in the evaluation of technology initiatives related to classroom instruction and student learning.   Requirements Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field Experience with computer diagnose and repair services; dedication to customer service.
