Role Scope Developing lesson plans and materials to teach basic language skills to students. Conducting online or in-person language classes for students. Evaluating students' progress and providing feedback to help them improve. Collaborating with other volunteers and staff members to develop effective teaching strategies. We are an arts enrichment program for children ages TK-4th Grade. We believe in process-based art as a way of fostering joy, community and creativity for young children. We are based in SF and Alameda and offer a variety of enrichment opportunities including summer camps, day camps on school closure days, and afterschool art classes. We are looking to add 1-2 new teachers to our team for afterschool classes in Alameda. This position is on a part-time, as needed basis and is a great flexible role with room to grow into more hours as our East Bay programming expands.
