This independent contractor role is essential to ensuring our vacation rental properties are guest-ready, client needs are met, and operational efficiency is maintained. The ideal candidate will be available for approximately 10 hours per week (40 hours/month), with flexibility for after-hours support, and will bring strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and a hands-on approach to property management. A “new lead” is defined as a potential property owner interested in listing their vacation rental property with the company for management services.
