We’re looking for a Service Technician to perform regular maintenance, filter changes, trouble shooting, diagnostics and repair on commercial package gas and electric, heat pumps, air conditioners, hydronic systems, and associated components. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of industrial ammonia refrigeration experience in operating and troubleshooting, as well as 2 years of maintenance experience with air compressors and electrical systems (up to 460 V). Requirements High school diploma/GED equivalency. Minimum of 5 years of industrial ammonia refrigeration experience. Preferred 2 years of maintenance experience, including air compressors and electrical systems. Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics. Your will be working inside newly built extravagant homes in luxurious Phoenix area communities. We design, manufacture, and install premium Euro-Style cabinetry and wood millwork products (see pics). This position is the most important step in our process - the highly professional installation of our custom cabinetry and wood millwork. Advanced technology is used whenever possible. This includes self leveling Visi-Lasers, 3D-Printed scribe tools, advanced plinth leveling systems, magnetic kicks, lifting jacks, and so on. You are provided a WiFi/Cell Tablet to access company drawings, job details, punch items, and so on. Qualified techs are often provided a high roof van as a company vehicle. Because of the size of these homes, work is done one room at a time. The products are protective wrapped and delivered right to the room (see pics).
