Description

Full Time. Maintain store presence by stocking and rotating merchandise, offer sales presentations in a professional manner with customers. Complete administration duties as well as accurate point of sales register keeping. Able to learn or have knowledge of simple electronics. Reports to the store owner. Responsibilities include but is not limited to the following: • Answer phone calls and emails and respond to inquiries from customers. Research quotes for customers. • Troubleshoot minor issues and for customers. • Explain and demonstrate for various products for customers. • Entry of invoices, sales and/or received inventory items. •. Receive incoming inventory items. • Enter sales in the Point of Sales system with check numbers and/or use Credit Card terminal. • Stock shelves for presentation. • •. • Maintain a pleasing layout of store products. • Keep pricelists updated. • Follow up with customers and vendors for payments. • Mail vendor checks. Additional Tasks • Assist installers by gathering parts needed for jobs. • Perform annual inventory. • Occasionally cut cables and solder connectors. • Work with the website and social media apps • Various other tasks needed by management. Requirements • Have excellent organizational and motivational skills. • Basic math skills. Maintain loss prevention. • Knowledge of Inventory and Stocking procedures. • Basic knowledge in computers, software and POS systems. • have outstanding attention to detail and observation ability. • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. • Be able to pay attention to details when handling cash and/or credit card transactions. • Must be able to work a schedule of 40 hours weekly plus a half day of overtime on Saturdays mornings. (Flexible) • Must be able to lift to 30 - 40 pounds or more while also b able to stand and/or walk substantially during any work shift. • Basic electronics, Technology, and/or Spanish bilingual a big plus.

As a porter, your main role will be attending to the buildings maintenance and upkeep.
