This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to command a host team, and understands how to blend warm hospitality with operational flow. Your Core Responsibilities: Lead the Host Team – Train, manage, and support the host staff to ensure guests are greeted, seated, and prioritized smoothly Touch Tables – Walk the floor regularly to check in with guests, address needs, and ensure a Positive guest experience Oversee Seating & Flow – Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table rotation to maximize guest satisfaction and venue efficiency Ensure Setup Standards – Confirm all sections, private areas, and event spaces are properly set and ready before service begins This is not a general management job or a floor manager job, this is a head host maitre d position.
