We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and student-engaged teacher to one of our after-school program locations serving students in grades K-5. As an after-school teacher, you will co-teach two daily classes: one focused on Study & Life Skills and one on Innovation. You will have the opportunity to deliver engaging lessons using our unique curriculum while also incorporating your own creative ideas. This is a wonderful opportunity for an educator who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and leading a team while making a lasting difference in the lives of children. -- Key Responsibilities: Co-Teaching: Teach two daily classes—one in Study & Life Skills and one in Innovation—using Workshop’s annual curriculum plan and your own creative lessons. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the site director/co-teacher to build a supportive, team-driven environment that encourages sharing ideas, solving challenges together, and celebrating student success. Classroom & Site Management: Keep learning spaces clean, organized, and conducive to learning. Positive Discipline: Use positive discipline strategies to foster a respectful, cooperative classroom culture. Individualized Support: Build relationships with students and provide individualized encouragement and academic support.
